• More than 40 years of professional experience in all facets of mineral exploration and mine development
• Experienced at both surface and underground gold mining and has toured Northern Gold’s Jonpol underground mine when operated by Hillsborough Resources Limited
• Designed and implemented exploration programs resulting in discovery and recovery of resources facilitating the growth of mining companies like Hecla, Exall  and Royal Oak Mines
• Holds a masters’ degree in economic geology and several awards for excellence in mining

Patrick A. Culhane, Logistics Manager

• Independent geological contractor in mining exploration
• Experienced in project management and field exploration
• Formerly mining equipment sales manager for Dynatec Corporation
• Formerly Ontario Provincial Police officer and law enforcement instructor

• AutoCad certificate, Northern College, Kirkland Lake, Ontario
• Thirty years experience in surface and underground exploration in gold, base metals, diamonds, and Uranium
• Formerly Kirkland Lake Gold and Lac Minerals Ltd.

Greg Matheson, B.Sc., Exploration Technician

• Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Earth Science, Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario
• Employee or contractor to Northern Gold Mining Inc. since 2006, the year of incorporation
• Extensive work on the current Garrison gold project, including 3-D modeling of past exploration
